Inspection of carbon steel pipe fittings

A cooperative customer from India came to our plant to check carbon steel pipes in early October. The customer is a major importer and inventory dealer in the Indian local market, and they contacted us by telephone in August. Before we were close to finishing production, we informed our customers that they were ready to visit our factory and inspect the goods.

We picked them up and went directly to our factory. After our factory, they asked to check the goods first and then go to our factory.

The inspection process is divided into two parts. The first part is visual inspection, including outer diameter, wall thickness and appearance. The second part is NDT, which is very important to quality. This is to check whether there are any defects in the welded carbon steel pipe, such as slag, air holes and cracks. At the end of the inspection, the customers smiled with satisfaction and expressed their desire to maintain a long-term and stable business relationship with our company. We accompany our customers to visit our factory, workshop, CNC workshop, packaging workshop, raw materials workshop and warehouse products. During the interview, our technicians accompanied and explained each process, and the customers showed great interest in our CNC workshop. Finally, they told us after the order was shipped that they would give us a large order.

After the factory visit, we are preparing to deliver our carbon steel pipe fittings. I hope more customers will come to visit our factory.
